J. Timothy Francis, Esq., is a graduate of Samford University and the University of Alabama Law School, who joined the firm in 1987. Mr. Francis’ practice consists of the conduct of complex civil litigation including class actions. Mr. Francis is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Northern and Middle District of Alabama, the Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
