Mr. Beard took a case For my Uncle that was brought up by the United States Coast Guard. The Coast Guard had mistakenly attached him to a boat that had sank. Mr Beard work for weeks to prove that my Uncle was not the person responsible for the boat. He had all charges against him dropped and the money they had garnished from his wages reimbursed. He did a great job and I would without a doubt refer him to anyone I know.

Charged me $2000 for a possession of marijuana charge. Thought that was pretty fair so I took it. Then I got arrested for missing the court date he didn’t notify me of. When I got to jail me and my family contacted him. Keep in mind I had no bail because now I missed a court date. Fortune gets on the phone knowing I’m in jail and says he’s raising his retainer fee to $15,000! Hahaha for a petty marijuana charge? Yeah right.. I told him to go and scam someone else. I got a free public defender from inside jail and he instantly I mean within 1hr of meeting with him from INSIDE JAIL got me released and got my felony possession charge put down to a misdemeanor.(was a felony cos it was a repeat offense still was only arrest with 1 gram) This was a petty crime and Fortune tried to take advantage of me while locked up this guy is not here to help you. I should’ve know the deal was too good to be true wouldn’t suggest this office if it was the last one on earth.
