I retained Mr. Eversole for a misdemeanor criminal matter. He did not show up for court nor did he send a representative. To top it off, they didn't even communicate with the court at all on my behalf. The judge was extremely upset, and I was left to face it alone. They then had the nerve to tell me that I owe them $2,000 when they did nothing. I spoke with Mr. Eversole, and I told him that I would be contacting the bar. He told me that if I were to contact the bar that he would sue me. So, not only did he take my money and do nothing, he threatened me when I tried to protect myself.
