I had a bad experience working with this attorney. At 19, my inheritance was stolen by my adopted brothers and I sought ought Mrs. Kenner’s business because Forgery of signatures was involved. It was a contingency case that I was hopeful to pursue in court. Instead , I heard more from her paralegal than her. No phone call or any form of communication with me for ten months. Her paralegal handled the case, advised, counseled, and held the power of authority in her hands to make decisions beyond her scope of practice. After ten months, Mrs. Kemmer contacted me stating that she will see what she can do and I contacted her after that time was up through email. Her paralegal contacted me explaining that Mrs. Kemmer did not want to take the case to court, when I should have heard from Mrs. Kemmer herself, not her paralegal. I reached out to the paralegal also informing her of her level of disrespect towards me and then her paralegal brought up how she remembered me negatively in high school.
We hired ms. Kenner after firing former attorney for no communication, refusing to do what was needed to get visitation of children and have divorce finalized. Kemmer assured us that she could get us what we wanted with no issues. Here we are 6 months later with no visitation divorce still not finished we have been to court twice and she didn’t show. All she has done in our case was send 3 emails to exs attorney! Definitely do not recommend!
