Environmental Litigation Group, P.C. was founded in 1990 in Birmingham, Alabama, a town known for its steel mills and foundries. Environmental Litigation built its practice on asbestos litigation through the successful representation of thousands of individual clients.

.working with this law firm for Camp Lejune case was easy. Even though I lost all my documentation in a house fire and am not able to obtain any of my records in order to recieve compensation they were still friendly professionals and courtesy at all times

For three years, they had me thinking I had a case stage four metastatic prostate cancer. They had me do all the work. I did everything all the medical records everything now I find out today prostate cancer is no longer on the list not once have they sent me a message telling me that it has been removed do not waste your time with this company They are not trustworthy. Do not waste your time.

Very unprofessional. No communication and one of the ladies even fought with me after I stated my father passed away and she said it wasn’t her fault she just received the case then why call me without being prepared? They told me we were missing a packet from feburary and email between me and rep in may stated they had everything. Then I call back this week end of June we are missing a packet. Oh okay and then dropped the case and didn’t communicate that either. I have to call to get the update. Terrible don’t use them and Sokolove just forwards your asbestos case to them beware. Definitely terrible and very unprofessional

My husband is a client at this firm. He has been treated so poorly by his representative. She refuses to talk with him, she is rude and short when she does speak with him. She never allows for him to ask her any questions about anything. She talks over him in a very rude tone of voice. My point is he hired this firm to handle his case which is very important to us. I would say he is being treated as a number not a person but the truth is a number would be treated better than he has been. If the attorney's at this firm took a couple of minutes to get to know their clients, the people who pay their salary then maybe it would get better. Not even 1 star. Btw we did ask to speak with an attorney and never heard from one.
