Annesley DeGaris has impressed me as a hard-working, professional, lawyer with a rarely seen level of determination to do the right thing and to complete any tasks. More than five years ago, he represented my mother in a medical care settlement. My mother has since passed away. In October of 2024, it had been since been determined that my mother was due additional funds in the settlement. Neither I, nor any of my mother’s other desendants were aware of any pending settlement issues. Annesley DeGaris left no stone unturned in an effort to ensure my mother, and after discovering she had passed, her heirs, received these additional settlements funds. This was no easy task, as my mother moved several times since the initial settlement and no relatives lived near her last known location. Annesley your determination and follow through to get these funds to my mother’s heirs says a lot about your character and professionalism. I want to personally thank you for your over the top efforts!
