"My primarily practice involves business disputes, constitutional violations and other complex commercial litigation, including actions involving: Contract disputes Negligence and intentional misrepresentations Interference with contractual and business relations Negligence claims leading to wrongful death and serious personal injury. If you have been hurt, bullied, or cheated, I can help." Daniel Snyder graduated Magna Cum Laude from one of the top law schools in the Southeast, where he served on law review and was a member of the Order of the Coif. After law school, Mr. Snyder completed a federal judicial clerkship in the chambers of United States District Court Judge C. Lynwood Smith, Jr.
Mr. Snyder followed up his clerkship by developing a diversified resume with significant experience in complex and class litigation. His prior experience allows him to understand how companies and insurance companies make decisions, so that he can better serve individuals who are harmed by those companies.
Daniel focuses his practice on the injured and hurting, and zealously protects his clients’ rights while still maintaining a grounded perspective that serves their interests. Law is not practiced in a vacuum, and Daniel believes that a lawyer must understand the realities of life impacting clients.
