Do not retain this attorney. He isn’t a very honest guy, and works with the judge against his clients. Wastes a lot of time, and milks you for money every chance he gets. Comes off very professional, but is everything but professional. He is all about getting paid and not helping his client. Asks for you to send him information, doesn’t use the information and then charges you. He is always late, and charges you for him being late. Overall bad experience, he’s just not a very trustworthy attorney. He works with the judge, he doesn’t have his clients best interest at heart. He only cares about money! He will not fight for what’s right. And he is very docile when it comes to the other counsel. If you want to win your case go with another seasoned attorney. It might cost you a little more, but it’s worth not dealing with him.
My son and I used him for family court! He doesn’t work with or for the client, he works with the Judge and the other party. We were very disappointed in how we were treated and when we called him out on it he threatened to remove himself from the case after he had been paid. He asked my son to send information to his phone that he requested for court and didn't present it to the Judge like he said he was going to do but charged him for the texts. The only thing he is about is taking your money and walking away with a fat pocket. He doesn’t try to help his clients. He was late arriving to court and try to stall time in the courtroom so he can charge you more money. I will never use him again nor recommend him to anyone.
