About Christopher Daniel

Born and raised in Birmingham, Christopher Daniel has deep ties to the community he serves and a background rooted in writing, advocacy, and leadership. He graduated from Birmingham-Southern College in 2008 with a degree in English, where he was active on campus and earned the Robert Hewlin-Jackson Award for Scholastic Achievement. He received his J.D. from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law in 2011 and distinguished himself as a Senior Member of the Trial Advocacy Board, a Dean’s List honoree, and a winner of numerous advocacy competitions, along with multiple Scholar of Merit Awards. Chris later earned an MBA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, adding a valuable perspective for cases that involve complex records and strategy. His legal practice focuses on criminal defense and appellate matters, where clear thinking and strong persuasion are essential. Chris is also committed to service, serving on the Board of Red Mountain Theater and the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation and as a Trustee for the Daniel Foundation of Alabama.
