About Zachary D. Morahan

Zach joined Coughlin & Gerhart, LLP in 2013. He is admitted in both Pennsylvania and New York State and his practice is concentrated in energy law, litigation and trusts and estates. He routinely represents landowners in oil and gas matters, including pipeline right of way agreements, along with solar leases, cell tower agreements and other property lease matters. Zach also has an active estate planning practice and utilizes that experience in estate litigation. He handles contested estates, will contests and guardianships in both Pennsylvania and New York State.

Zach is the Treasurer of the Susquehanna County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Broome County Bar Association and is on the Board of Directors of the Keystone College Alumni Association.

Hired Attorney Zachary D. Morahan

this attorney is just what I needed at the time I was involved in a gas lease negation . I have since worked with him to draft my final will. Excellent would recommend to anyone involved in litigation.

Thought it was great they opened a new office in Honesdale, PA since that is close to my home. Turns out there is only one lawyer there, a young fellow Zachary Morahan, and he can't be bothered to help me. This was after I spent time explaining my case to a legal assistant Jordan there, who told me that there are no free consultations, and to see the lawyer would cost $380 per hour! My real estate case should be simple for an experienced lawyer, but I got a call back the next morning from the same legal assistant saying, His Highness did not want my case. Total waste of time. At first she wanted me to pay for an intro meeting to come see him, then he would have taken my money before saying he didn't want my case, so I guess it could have been worse.
