Hired Attorney

It is my opinion that Mr Benjamin's conduct regarding my case was egregious. He made mistakes that a 1st year law student wouldn't;He ignored the judges notices to correct the errors. Instead of sanctioning Benjamin, my case was thrown out of court after the statute of limitations had expired-meaning I'd never have a hearing. He did more harm than I could ever have imagined. Terms I'd use to describe him:incompetent, negligent, unprofessional, destructive and dishonest. He should be disbarred!
