Hired Attorney

I hired Phil to represent me regarding a disability retirement application within the state system. I delivered the required paperwork in February and was unable to get in contact with him from that point until October, after my union president spoke with him regarding the matter. Phil then finally returned my call to inform me that nothing had been on my case as he had not opened my file since I met with him initially in January. This has resulted in essentially losing eight months of my life, as the disability retirement process can take multiple years to be processed. I have no faith in Phils ability to represent me in this process and will look for compotent counsel elsewhere. Do not hire Phil Artz unless you’re willing to wait years for resolution and virtually have zero communication regarding your case. Do not hire this man.
