Michael S. Sinicki is a partner at Hinman, Howard & Kattell, LLP. Mike has practiced almost exclusively in the Domestic Relations, Matrimonial and Family Law Areas since his admission to the Bar. His practice includes litigation in both Family Court and Supreme Court matters.

Mike is currently a member of the New York State Bar Association Executive Committee for the Family Law Section. He is a past contributor to CLE presentations by the Broome County Bar Association on topics related to Matrimonial Law.

Mike is a regular pro bono contributor to Legal Aid Society of Mid-New York, Inc. He assists in uncontested divorces and pro bono screening clinics. He is a former recipient of the New York State President’s Pro Bono Service Award.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database.
