Ms. Osburn represented my children in a custody case as the appointed attorney for the children. Ms. Osburn showed a high level of respect for both me and my minor children. She spoke at a level to be comprehended easily. Her office was welcoming and appointments were on time. Ms. Osburn is easy to talk to, calm and quiet. However, in court Ms. Osburn fiercely represented my children's wishes and best interest, openly challenging the defending attorney.
Judith Osburn helped me through a difficult legal situation. I was scared and she helped me by not only knowing my legal rights, but making me feel more comfortable with the circumstances. I refer her to anyone seeking legal help.
She is a very good attorney. Always has done what I have asked her to do.
Extremely difficult to get a hold of; not aggressive enough; did not meet my needs at all. I had physical proof of my ex husband's affair and I still wound up with joint custody, no alimony, no property and no child support. She's just more interested in keeping the peace between everyone that getting what her client deserves.
