This so called lawyer was appointed by the family court to represent a family member.. He never called to get details of the case. He never returned phone calls. There was only 2 business days left before the court hearing. I called another lawyer to represent us. We called the Court and told them what had happened. I know we were not paying him but he was getting paid something. These court appointed lawyers should agree to represent those people that the court has appointed them to represent as if they were a paying client.
Most Incompetent and unprofessional lawyer, I’ve ever dealt with will not return a phone call or a simple email goes into court without discussing anything with me spoke with court clerks about the issue and they were well aware of his behavior very upsetting. This guy thinks my life isn’t as imporas the next or last case kind of disgusting he’s a lawyer.
Horrible not responsive waste of time. He is one of Judge Rosa's puppet lawyers a panel lawyer. A Binghamton and Delhi freebie. This is what you call my lawyer the a18/f18 panel provides money for the county to assign attorneys unfortunately the area of Delhi right now has a retired judge that is why judge Rosa is pushing cases out till June 2023 is why he is disorganized his clerk staffs are very rude especially Lori and falling behind. Look at that Courthouse for example you can tell the whole county is in need of renovation. Good luck with this pos and county
Horrible lawyer he was court appointed and did horrible. As the other review says he doesn't do anything to help. In fact he hurt my case even lied to the judge saying he couldn't get a hold of me when I repeatedly called him to no avail. Now I'm stuck with supervision and can't leave county until Feb. If you get him run!!
Does not return phone calls. Advises his clients to give in to the other party's demands rather than advocate for them - losing custody/visitation, money, career, home, etc, even when other party admits physical abuse of his client. Unreliable, untrustworthy, unprofessional. Waste of money, time, and resources. Should not be allowed to practice. Incredibly unethical.
Horrible, never returns phone calls, messed up the whole divorce and constantly advised me to give in because he did not want to try. Did not adequately review and or use evidence that could have brought me and my children back home to our family.
