Hired Attorney

I cam to Tully legal with a very complex and what seemed nearly un winnable case. Deb was appointed to my case last minute (the night before) but managed to get to court completely up to date on all the facts of the case. She was tenacious and refused to be silenced. Deb took my case very seriously and was very invested in the well being of my children as well as myself. Ms. Cohn spent many hours late at night pouring herself into the facts of my case returning emails in a timely manner and talk

Hired Attorney

Ms. Cohn is an excellent attorney. She is very knowledgeable, detail oriented, personalable, and compassionate. Her meticulousness found errors made by another Attorney and she corrected them. Debra was able to obtain for me all I requested in my settlemenr. I felt I had excellent representation and could not have made a better choice. Debra is the kind of attorney who doesn't try to fuel your divorce and will make you realize you have excellent representation.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
