Caroline M. Guiles is a Partner at Coughlin & Gerhart, LLP and leads the Firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. She focuses her practice on estate planning, estate administration, and real estate transactions.
Caroline works closely with individuals and families to create thoughtful estate plans tailored to their needs and to guide them through the estate administration process with clarity and care. She understands that these matters are often personal and complex, and she prioritizes practical advice and responsive communication.
Caroline focuses her real estate practice on residential and commercial transactions, guiding clients through contracts, title matters, and closings. She takes a proactive approach to keep deals moving smoothly and address issues before they can delay a transaction.
Caroline joined the Firm in 2017 and became a Partner in 2024. She is admitted to practice in New York and is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Broome County Bar Association.
When she is not practicing law, Caroline enjoys being with her family and cherishes the time spent making memories with her young daughter.
