Wonderful experience with Provizer & Phillips, P.C., in particular Randall Phillips and his team, regarding my long term disability benefits. Prior to my disability, I was a paralegal for over 30 years with a large law firm in Texas, so I believe I am qualified to rate the work done by Mr. Phillips. The insurance company had terminated my long term disability benefits and Mr. Phillips got those benefits reinstated. Mr. Phillips is thorough and knowledgeable and explained every step of the process. He and his team kept me informed along the way and they were very professional and prompt. I would highly recommend Mr. Phillips to anyone looking for an attorney to handle a disability matter.

Hired Law Firm

Today my SS disability case was won. Everything went very smoothly in court and before. All things that required my personal decision were discussed. I was prepared before hearing. Mr. Phillips is responsible, friendly, intellectual, knowledgeable.
I am still waiting for my long term disability case resolution. But I am very happy so far with Mr Phillips conduct as well as conduct of his stuff.

Hired Law Firm

Make sure you have applied and been deny-ed BEFORE you contact these or any other lawyers. Its in their best interest to prolong any settlement that you may get. They tell you to not comply with what SSD wants you to do, just to prolong so they will get more money. In the mean time you will be waiting with no income at all. After I personally talked to SSD and complied with what they wanted, I was immediately approved. No thanks to these lawyers. SSD rep said they never saw lawyers like these.
