After law school, Mr. Antone practiced for three years with the well-known firm of Bodman, LLP in Detroit, Michigan. In 1988, Mr. Antone started a practice specializing in all areas Immigration Law, and has since successfully represented major international corporations as well as families and individuals in various aspects of U.S. Immigration Law, both in the United States and abroad. In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Antone was previously an adjunct professor of law at Michigan State University College of Law where he taught the subject of Immigration and Nationality Law for about a decade. He is also a frequent speaker on immigration issues and has participated in several seminars, public policy panels; business institute workshops, TV interviews, and various public events dealing with immigration matters. Mr. Antone has achieved the highest possible ranking given to an attorney for both competency and adherence to ethical standards by Martindale Hubbell Law Directory. He is also listed in Marquis Who's Who in American Law. In addition, he has been selected as a Top Lawyer by DBusiness magazine, based on a peer-review survey open to all area lawyers where thousands of votes are cast honoring excellence in the practice of law and has also been named a SuperLawyer by SuperLawyer Magazine. Mr. Antone has significant educational and work experiences that complement his legal practice. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Antone managed a consulting firm. In addition, he has studied, done graduate work, and performed work in the fields of business administration, economics, and finance. He has worked and studied in the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East. Mr. Antone had over the years volunteered his time to serve in many non-profit organizations and had participated in several task force and Judicial Advisory committees, all intending to serve the community or improve the judicial system. Currently, he serves as an honorary but active member of the Board of Directors of the French School of Detroit. Mr. Antone is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and a member of the Michigan Bar.
