Attorney's are very helpful with the purchasing process. They take time to ensure that the client is comfortable with and thoroughly understand the transaction. They also make themselves available to the client when needed. Very comfortable working with this team of lawyers.

They canceled more than once and were several hours late for last scheduled appointment. This caused delays and long distance trips for no gain, it cost me too much extra for their faulty delays. They were polite but seemed to favor special clients ahead of others.

Unprofessional, condescending, ignorant. They made you feel like you're working for them. I was the buyer and had no choice in picking them. I should have looked at their reviews on Yelp or Google before I used them, so that's on me. Jay Jordan is, bar none, one of the rudest and least professional attorneys I have ever encountered. I'm surprised he still has a lawyer's license! He talked down to me, lied to me, disregarded my concerns, didn't follow up with anything he was supposed to do for closing. Please don't make the same mistake I did.

RUN AWAY! These are the most incompetent, rude, demeaning, misogynist, patronizing, unknowledgeable people I've ever worked with. As an out-of-state real estate investor, I rely on professionals to close deals with me, understand how to work with remote closings with appropriate mobile notaries, etc. They were clueless about how to close this deal from afar, refused to help me, and told me to find a lawyer. At one point I actually thought I was getting pranked it was so ridiculous. After much cajoling, they got me a notary, one day before papers needed to be signed. I still cannot believe this experience. Closing on a house is a huge deal with many consequences. Do not trust these people with your hard-earned money, legal or real estate decisions, please!

This so called attorney was extremely rude and condescending. He claimed to be well versed in real estate law but did not even understand the mechanics of a simple owner finance deal. He looked at me and told me I had not bought a property yet because the seller still held the title by way of a lien contingent on the fulfillment of requirements listed in the PURCHASE agreement. The first lines in the contract literally said that ownership of the property was being transferred to us. Very rude..
