Tom was born in Billings on January 13, 1959. He attended Gonzaga University, Spokane, Washington, receiving his B.A. degree in 1981, and his J.D. degree in 1984. While at Gonzaga, Tom served as the student member on the Board of Regents, Gonzaga University, from 1980 to 1981, and studied abroad at the Gonzaga-in-Florence (Italy) program.Tom returned to Billings in 1984 and began working at the Moulton Law Firm. He is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Montana, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Tom enjoys an excellent reputation with his practice and is named as one of the Best Lawyers in America under the category of real estate.Tom is married to Robin who is a physical therapist, and they have one daughter, Evan, who is making Tom proud as a successful student at Gonzaga University.
