Nathan grew up in Missoula, Montana. He graduated from Montana Tech in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering. He then attended the University of Montana School of Law where he earned his J.D. in May 2019. While attending law school, Nathan wrote for and served as an editor for the Public Lands and Resources Law Review. He also competed in National Environmental Moot Court and served as a board member for both the Outdoor Recreation Law Group and the student chapter of the Montana Trial Lawyers Association. Nathan is licensed to practice law in both the state and federal courts of Montana. Nathan joined Brown Law Firm in September 2020, where his primary practice areas include insurance coverage and civil defense litigation. Nathan is a member of the Yellowstone Area Bar Association and the Montana Defense Trial Lawyers Association.
