I found Ms Harris to be extremely slow in filing affidavits and getting the case before the judge as it took 3 years from the initial filing for visitation rights. And again, in filing and proceeding with a simple adoption, as the legal parents had signed all parental rights over to me, it took 2 years to get before the judge to finalize the adoption. However, I was not charged for the work on the adoption. Ms Harris is one of the most knowledgable attorneys in family law in this area.
Great Attorney, but lacks communication/responsiveness horribly. Very frustrating when dealing with a critical situation.
Linda Harris never does what she says. Never returns calls or email. Late on all her paperwork and will not file in a timely manner which will end with a warrant for your arrest. Stay away from this person if you want to win your case. Linda Harris is a joke.
Does not return phones. Does not file paperwork with the court on time. My ex and I had meditation in July 2017 now it's almost December 2017 and she has not sent the paper work to the courts for the judge to sign. The courts have also tried to contact her in this matter and they have not seen a response either. Unless you have time and money to waste I do not recommend her period.
Terrible at comminication ,and my case dragged on for almost four years. She never answers phone calls ,and calls 3/4 days prior to a court date. I wouldnt recommend anybody to Ms. harris. She doesnt take cases serious at the end i lost my funds ,and had to hire another lawyer.
