About Laurence R. Martin

His practice includes school law, litigation, labor and employment law, commercial law, water law and agricultural law. Larry earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1965. He began his involvement with public education when he served as a represented schools from nearly 25 years. Larry also engages in collective bargaining for public and private entities. He is a former president of the Montana Council of School Attorneys and has lectured throughout Montana on school-related topics. He has represented clients both State and Federal Court in Montana as well as before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. Larry is a member of the Yellowstone County and American Bar Associations, the State Bar of Montana, the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, and the Defense Research Institute.
