Least competent choice for Family Law. Avoid. Especially lawyer R.Beltran (aka: Captain No-Can-Do). If you are a Father trying to protect your rights & freedoms to your money & your children, not to mention your peace-of-mind / sanity, these guys were of ZERO help to me. Probably won't help you much either! They actually did damage to my case and added stress: by delaying, by telling me how nothing was possible, and then of course keeping all of the $5K retainer. icing on the cake (THEY VIOLATED MY HIPPA RIGHTS, ENSURING COURT REMOVAL OF MY KIDS FROM MY HOME). AVOID. AT. ALL. COSTS.
Should just take your money and flush it down the toilet, because that is the service you get from Joe Frick Law. For 8 weeks I couldn't see my kids on the weekends doing a stupid nesting agreement. Never got the paperwork for the nesting agreement Never could get anyone on the phone to actually speak with, it was done all through email. (emails $$$) Finally, without lawyers involved the Ex and I came up with an agreement to just be done and get this very expensive divorce over. It took Joe weeks to look over the stipulations and when He did, Joe still wanted me to fight and take it to trail along with forking over 20K more. Been Months now and I'm still getting invoices from him. The divorce was done Dec 4th, 2024, and with that I got am email stated the case is closed and he is no longer my lawyer. If you want to waste money, then use Joe Frick Law.
