I hired Gregory Johnson to represent me in a case where I was charged with 7 misdemeanors. I was taken advantage of because of my lack of knowledge in the legal system and my then current mental state that Gregory Johnson was well aware of. I was never shown any of the actual physical evidence of the alleged crime, no police reports, no recording of the alleged statement given by the defendant and when I questioned the dates of the said crimes, he totally ignored it. Gregory Johnson lied about not knowing the prosecutor was going to ask for an increase in bond and I was never informed of changed court dates until the last minute. Gregory Johnson stated during the plea negotiations that if I did not take the plea the prosecutor was going to charge me with more misdemeanors, which is a threat and violates MCA laws. He also perjured himself on a court document stating that he hand delivered a document personally to me at my home address when I was in jail!
He screwed up our entire court case. He didn't have us show up on time but instead an hour late. Then after the judge's decision he quit on us after sending a 16k+ bill.
