I did NOT hire this firm. It was a phone and email consultation only. I gave all my personal information this firm requested, and the highlights of my matters I needed representation on. Monday afternoon (today), I got an email with a letter making the bogus "we are too busy" claim. According to 3 Montana attorneys with a combined 120 years experience, the claim of being "too busy" is not true, and is simply a way firms try to avoid saying they don't want your case. It would be refreshingly nice to find a law firm that respected potential client's time and didn't collect a bunch of data before making ridiculous claims. Here is a suggestion: if you want to make this obvious not accurate statement, why not post it on your social media, website, or phone tree? Don't you think that would be more respectful of potential client's time? It is my opinion this firm was not honest with me. They most certainly wasted my time. For those reasons, I would not recommend them.
