About Daniel Ball

Principal, Daniel Ball, obtained his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, where he was a Dean’s Merit Scholarship recipient. Mr. Ball received his B.A. in History, summa cum laude, from the University of Great Falls. He was admitted to the Missouri bar in 2009, and to the Montana bar and U.S. District Court, District of Montana, in 2011.

Daniel had a standout basketball career for the University of Great Falls and Lewis-Clark State College and was a two-time Academic All-American. Prior to joining Hendrickson Law Firm, P.C., Daniel practiced criminal defense in Missouri, where he tried felony cases, including murder and drug possession. His practice areas include Civil Litigation, Criminal Defense, Family Law, and Property Law. He also currently serves as a Federal Defender on the Criminal Justice Act Panel (CJA) for the District of Montana.

Hired Attorney Daniel Ball

I have to say we were very impressed with the way Mr Ball handled my daughter's case. He was on top of everything. He even called my daughter on a Sunday as he was working on her case. He put everything out there in black & white to her ex-husband. He left nothing unsaid. Called him out on everything. Within a very short time my daughter got exactly what she wanted for the best interest of my grandson. Mr Ball didn't milk the case to make more money for which we are very grateful. He was kind, professional & very compassionate in regards to my grandson & my daughter. Would highly recommend Mr Daniel Ball.

Mr Ball was very professional. He represented me for all my criminal cases in billings mt. He did this pro bono. His work performance was that of an attorney paid in full in advance. He went above and beyond what was asked of him and i would recommend his legal services to everyone. Thank you

This man has absolutely no decency. As if divorce and parenting after, are not sensitive and difficult enough. This man will make things things significantly more tense and painful on all parties involved. Has absolutely no tact for family law and does not consider the child's best interest, only caring about "winning" and money.
