Ms. Woods is very detailed in strategically planning and advising. I enjoyed working with her during this difficult endeavor of settling my loved ones estate. Without her expertise, probate would have taken much much longer. Cynthia was responsive and delivered what we agreed upon in a timely manner. Cynthia was contacted by difficult and agitated family members and she remained very professional and treated them with respect.
I did not feel Ms Woods had the best interest of her clients in mind. She went through the motions of getting the job done with as little thought and effort as possible. She did not always respond to email. Her fax machine is not always connected. Her office is small and unprofessional.
