I am extremely satisfied with Yan. He helped me through the process of fighting my speeding ticket. Yan was very fast at responding to my emails and calls and was very clear on the consequences. I am very happy we won the case, and my speeding ticket was dismissed!

DV case started with Felony (by default), first it got reduced to Misdemeanor, then due to Yan's intelligence he found a way to reduce it even further and after one year of classes the case was dismissed with no charge. Nothing on the record at all!!

Working with Yan and the firm was straightforward. From the initial call to the end of the case. I never felt pressured to put down a deposit or make a decision like a lot of the other lawyers I shopped past. No fear tactics. Honest about the process and expectations. No sensationalism. Well, glad I went with what my gut was saying. Yan is a trustworthy lawyer and overdelivered. Not only did we win the case but he really spent A LOT of time working with me. Emails. Phone calls. Etc. I felt heard and understood the entire time. I can truly say he worked hard for the win. Thanks again to Yan and the firm. If you’re on the fence about working with Spartan I can say it was money well spent. He worked hard from start to finish and didn’t forget about me after the check was cut. Mr. Goldshteyn and his team at Spartan Law Corp helped me with my green card process and they were very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. They had the entire green card process mapped out for my specific situation and had clear steps that I needed to take, whether that was filling out a certain USCIS form, getting a document notarized, or in what format I needed to submit documents to get it approved quicker. All of my questions were answered promptly and with detail enough for me to understand what was going on. There were no issues at all at any point during the whole process. I would highly recommend anyone looking to get immigration consultation to contact this law office - I firmly believe they would help you out!

I will highly recommend Spartan Law Corporation to anyone looking for assistance with immigration related services. From our first meeting to explain the process till the green card preparation and the eventual interview, Yan Goldshteyn and his staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They provided immediate feedback to our questions which helped make the process very fast for us. They paid close attention to each and every requirement that needed to be fulfilled and the documents that we needed to submit way ahead of time. Our case was so well handled that even during COVID-19, we hardly experienced any delays. I will 100% work with them again if I need any further immigration related service and would recommend Spartan Law Cto any of my family/friends who are in need of such services as well.
