Hired Attorney

This is a terrible law office and an unprofessional attorney. He reschedules court hearings without informing his clients and fails to fulfill his responsibilities. I strongly advise against working with him — he takes your money but doesn’t do the job. He even forgot about our individual hearing and made childish excuses instead of taking accountability.

Hired Attorney

I arrived to USA with one month visit visa and went to Mr. Warren M. Winston (Lawyer) to extend it. {para}He asked me $2,000 in cash (because he doesn't accept any debit or credit card !?!) and I paid him full amount in cash. After 3-4 days, I totally changed my mind and asked him to return back my money and also I did him a favour to take $500 as consultant fee (consultation is free of any charge everywhere) and return back $1500 because I didn't submit any documents and he even didn't open any file or case for me. Unfortunately, he refused and didn't return even $1!!! {para}Is it fair ?! He took all of my money without doing anything. {para}He's greedy and unreliable person and I have not seen anybody like him in my life. {para}Please don't trust him at all.
