This Attorney sold himself to me as this outstanding emoployment discrimination Lawyer. That was not what I got. He seemed to start out well but as we got near the time to go to Federal Court against a Government Agency, he wilted, betrayed me and sold me out. He threatened to quit on me if I did not accept this settlement agreement that was more advantageous to the Governmet Agency than it was to me, his Client. I basically came out on the wrong side of that agreement and lost a lot of my longevity benefits. I had a really strong case and plenty of solid evidence to prove my case in Court. He betrayed me in the settlement meetings and threatened to quit on me if I didn't accept that settlement. He was more concerned about his relationship with the Federal settlement Judge Mediator than his paying Client. Because of this Attorney, I have suffered irreparable damage to my Federal retirement that can not be repaired. I personally regret hiring Mr Mershich as my Attorney .
