Gives me real satisfaction to write about Mr. Shinbrot , I have nothing but praise for his professionalism, invaluable knowledge that resulted in remarkable and successful victory v/s three other Law firms. In my 40 Years as business man running three companies in the USA and abroad I had the privilege to have Mr. Shinbrot in my corner during the very difficult years in litigation, he is one in a thousand !

I hired Mr. Shinbrot in a state of deep panic about the bankruptcy of my business due to covid. He immediately assured me he could assist me with my problem and that we would find a solution. The situation took weeks which is normal I suppose but was agony for me. Jeffrey used humor and a calming voice to assure me things would be resolved. We even had a zoom meeting to reassure my spouse. Yet Jeffrey never sugar coated the situation. In the middle of my ordeal I found a document that presented a significant problem I had forgotten about. Mr. Shinbrot took it in stride and solved my problem at an additional cost but not a great deal. He relieved me of a HUGE obstacle and burden. In the end bankruptcy was avoided and Mr. Shinbrot was happy for me. What more could a person want in a lawyer? The truth, a steady hand, sometimes hard news, but the assurance one day a resolution would come. And one did.

I retained Mr. Shinbrot after being named as the Defendant in an adversary proceeding that stemmed from my ex-husband's post-divorce Chapter 7 bankruptcy. I had consulted with multiple other attorneys who either told me I was going to lose my house or denied the case because they didn't have the expertise necessary. Mr. Shinbrot responded to every call and email very quickly. He took the time to explain the claims against me and about his strategy for my defense. While I had all the documentation I could need, I completely relied on his extensive knowledge of the law and of court proceedings. In the end, the claim against me was completely dismissed and I did not have to pay any settlement. While I hope to never be in this position again, I would 100% retain Mr. Shinbrot again, if needed.
