This is my 3rd case with Neil. Neil is my first lawyer ever. I’ve found that lawyers need to be left alone when working. If they need anything they will let you know. In the meantime, lawyers are processing your paperwork. This process of paperwork takes time because they’re court paperwork (takes time), insurance paperwork (takes time) and many many forms to fill out and give to numerous companies for authorizations to get information about the incident. Lawyers wait until said companies get back to them and their doing their own back and forth with other companies while trying to keep everything timely. But for the most part Neil is like the Ronco Showtime Rotisserie Oven: JUST SET IT AND FORGET IT!!

Not a good firm for many reasons I do not recommend this law firm. We did not find them responsible or caring for the matter in hand. The response rate to our inquiries and concerns about the case was almost 0 after many inquiries. Ask for his professionalism and handling technical issues in the case, we found them very weak and not trustworthy. They do not care for you and the client rather is all about then and what benefit them with their timelines.

If I could give them 0 or - negative stars I would. BE WARNED !!!!! UNETHICAL SHADY " lawyer" who breaks almost every ethics business and professions code in the book. He will set you up for Predatory lending. Never calls back. Takes MORE than the AGREED percentage and also scrapes off the top of the balances once he renegotiates all the bills after they are sent to COLLECTIONS. His "secretary" is loud and argumentative and is instructed not to take calls and is also instructed not to take voice or emails for him. filing a complaint to the State Bar - is instructed to stonewall you as they will refuse to provide basic information about my case; such as case number, case name, and other basic information about the Law Firm. If and when you ever get ahold of Neil on the phone, he will hang up, as soon as he hears you introduce yourself. After reading a number of his reviews on various sites (Yelp, google, Linkedin etc.) needs to be disbarred.

Neil Steiner is the worst attorney I ever met. He never responded to my husband phone calls and only with excuses why he couldn't talk. He agreed to take my husband case to trail and after one and a half years he stated he will not. He never did any work on my husband case. I sent the medical reports..the other party insurance info..the scenes of the accident.mpolicevreports.. he did nothing. When we complained nothing had been done over a year and a half and we are making a complaint to the Bar Association he fired my husband as his client..offered us an insulting $1,000 and he take 2,000 to go away and find another attorney knowing this would put my husband at a disadvantage to win his case due to the short time of statue of limitations to file his case with another attorney..This guy is money hungry..his word is not to be trusted, he ignores your calls with excuses and plays on your intelligence that everyone is stupid and ignorant of the law..

I hired Niel over 4 years ago. It was the worst mistake I ever made. he never, ever responded to my calls or emails. He seemed to only care about making himself money by sending me to what I feel are inscrutable doctors. He is not to be trusted. I fired him and went to another attorney. Sadly, Niel still received a chunk of my settlement.
