Her impressive experience ranges from handling matters such as Divorce, Legal Separation, Annulment, Paternity, Adoption, Pre-Nuptial and Post-Nuptial agreements, to adeptly facilitating resolution of issues related to Spousal and Child support, Custody and Visitation rights, Division of property, allocation of Debt and Domestic Violence. Ms. Intelligator's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from UCLA, which enables her to offer a deeper understanding of the psychological dimensions of divorce and child custody cases. Combined with her empathetic nature, this makes her uniquely qualified to address the legal and emotional needs of her clients. While Ms. Intelligator always encourages settlement, she is prepared to and does vigorously litigate cases that are not amendable to an amicable resolution.
On a personal note, Ms. Intelligator is a happily married mother of two: a daughter who practices Family Law since 2008, and a son practicing Entertainment Law since 2015. She is a proud grandmother of two grandchildren who, in her opinion, are both brilliant.
