Worse lawyer ever. I don't know how he has not been disbarred. I had my accident in Oct 2019 and u fortunately lost my contract I signed. I remember for a fact his rate was 30-35%. After years of him being really shady and not being up front with me, I fired him and got a new attorney. Unfortunately I moved quite a few times since the accident and lost my copy of the contract. Upon my case settling he was demanding 45%. He is known to fudge documents and is a real shady person. I would have never hired him if he was charging 45%. I got screwed by this lowlife and hope he gets what he deserves.

I was hit by a trash truck while riding my scooter in a bike lane. I found attorney Hamed Yazdanpanah aka Hess Panah and called him. He was very interested in the case enough to meet me at the hospital while i was waiting for medical care. He advised me to get every test imaginable. I told him i didnt believe i needed some and what if we lose the case, I dont want to be on the hook for thousands of dollars in medical fees. He assured me all will be covered and i dont need to worry about a thing. He has his top investigation on the case and I was in great hands. He was misleading and predatory in my opinion. Took advantage of me while i was clearly incapacitated from the accident. After hitting my head and receiving a slight concussion, he abused his status and knowledge of the law. He left the hospital after coaxing me into signing a retainer, no fee, he promised to call me the next day. ***Full review can be seen on his multiple yelp pages under multiple names and aliases. This review is on HESAM YAZDANPANAH ATTORNEY AT LAW - that use the name : HESS PANAH Stay away , he manipulate car accident victims to sign with him. And there is way more to it.. This is how he work : 1. He is not a trial lawyer. 2. He will need to hire someone for the case . 3. He manipulate the settlement that the client will get nothing at the End ! 4. He will ask you to use His Dr’s .. and not your medical insurance.. 5. He will say : Not to worry about the Dr’s fees ..he “only using it to build the case”. 6. In reality Hess and his Dr’s work together to convince you that you need surgeries.. 7. After Hess will put lien on the case and will increase is fees.. 8. He think that he can get away with that . 9. There are many State bar complaints” on him!! 10. He ask me to cancel mine , but he still did not learn to keep his business honest ! 11. He manipulate accidents victims!! 12. What he promise verbally will change very fast .. 13. Do not trust him !!

I had the worst experience with this office. I work in the medical field and have settled thousands of personal injury claims over my 24 years as an office manager. When I called their office to get an update on a case (standard procedure) they were so rude, yelled "what's it to you" and hung up on me. I am trying to get this information for a reason, we have to have status of cases to keep the patient's from going to collections. I called back to speak to a supervisor, was transferred to Katie, who said she was the supervisor, but she was the same person yelling in the background when they hung up on me. Again, she was very rude and ended up hanging up on me and did not give me any information I needed which ultimately landing the patient in collections which we never want to happen.

We won the case of $20,500 and they didnt even give us a single dollar. I do not recommend this office a single bit. We waited 2 years for nothing.
