About Bobby Benjy

Bob is a seasoned transactional and litigation attorney. He is experienced in creditor and debtor representation, real estate matters, money judgment enforcement and civil harassment restraining order practice.

Prior to founding Benjy Law Corporation, Bob was a partner at a 25 attorney regional law firm where he personally handled and oversaw a wide array of complex business litigation matters. His areas of focus include labor and employment matters (plaintiff side), real estate, creditors' rights and commercial disputes. He also has transactional experience drafting and advising clients on real estate transactions, including real-estate secured loans.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
