Very knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. Couldn’t have had a better experience with settling my father’s estate. Know Bill personally as well as professionally and I recommend him highly!!!!

Hired Attorney

I went to have a will updated on 2/2/2017. After 3 weeks I had my daughter call to find out the status of the will. She reported that she was I formed that it would be in the in 2 days. Nothing arrived. After 3 additional weeks of no communication, my daughter called again
This to be told that it was being proof read and would be in the mail within 2 days. Again nothing going arrived. The excuse for delay finally came Re a paper that had no bearing on the will contents. Unprofessional

I am sorry we did not meet your expectations. I recognize the need for prompt service and unfortunately was overly cautious in finalizing the necessary revisions to your estate documents. We appreciate your comments and apologize for falling short.

Hired Attorney

I would warn anybody who is interested in hiring Mr. Matz as their attorney for being their Family Attorney or Estate Planning. With my experience dealing with Mr. Matz, he is unprofessional and has a major attitude problem. Mr. Matz was my Dad’s attorney for 4 years. In the beginning when my dad had request to change his will or needed advice, Mr. Matz was always available. Unfortunately things changed when 2 years ago my brother and sister started taking advantage of my dad. I emailed and called and left various message letting him know that my Dad wanted to speak to him to see if he could speak to my brother and sister and warn them of the consequences if they continued to take advantage of him. Mr. Matz ignored my dad and when I called and emailed him about my dad’s request, he called my Dad and criticized me saying that I was the problem and even threatened to report me to the department of ageing. Another concern was when my dad wanted to make changes to his will to remove fami
