Recently I was involved in great legal challenge.Having never been involved in any legal proceeding I was extremely nervous. I remembered meeting Mr. Campos at St. Annes Church in Bethlehem and sought his legal counsel. Mr. Campos immediately allayed my fears based on his excellent knowledge of the law. Mr. Campos then acted as advocate on my behalf and secured an excellent resolution for me. Mr. Campos will be handling all of my legal affairs henceforth. I highly recommend Attorney Campos.
We retained Jose to represent us in tenant/landlord dispute, rental agreement, and zoning issues with the city. With all three cases, he was extremely knowledgeable. The biggest case was the tenant/landlord case. We had gotten involved in a misleading lease to own agreement. Jose thoroughly reviewed the agreement and found that we were being misled by the company. Not only only were they collecting bi-weekly rent payments, but were taking extra money for escrow toward the purchase of the property. Basically a scam. Jose did his research on the company a found that they owned 100+ lease to purchase properties that were never purchased by the renters. He also uncovered the fact that the owner of the company was illegally writing the rental agreements and was also a broker. When we went to court, Jose presented all of the evidence he compiled a showed not only the magistrate but also the owner/broker/lawyer what he was doing illegally. Needless to say, Jose won this very difficult case for us. It's not often that the tenant wins. Jose's knowledge of the law is what won us our case.
