I have been practicing law in the Lehigh Valley for close to a decade now. While I am licensed In both PA and NJ, my primary practice resides in PA. I am a general practitioner at the Law Offices of Benner & Trovato who have been a staple of reliable, affordable, highly reputable and successful legal representation for the past 30 years. My primary areas of practice have been Family Law, Criminal Defense, Landlord/tenant, Foreclosure Defense, Zoning and Land Use and Real Estate/Business Transactions. I am also a licensed Real Estate agent at Boutique One Properties which shares offices with our law firm as well as our Title Company Penn Jersey Abstract. I like to call it your one stop shop!   I take pride in developing a professional and friendly relationship with my clients by having them fully invested throughout the entire representation. Their input is important to the process which helps create efficient and affordable representation. I am passionate and aggressive while my work ethic and attention to detail ensures that my clients goals are properly met.

Hired Attorney

Mr. Lovato assisted in my issue when I had no lawyer and a day or so to get one. He got custody amended but the case lingers on. That, however, is no fault of his. Getting someone to comply with an order is much more difficult than the order itself. As Frank was a bit younger I was a bit reticent at first but he showed much more compassion and interested than all of the other, more 'seasoned' lawyers I had had. I hope he gets out of this vile profession. He's too nice a guy.
