Hiring Steven Greenfeld was a horrible mistake. He was dismissive and judgmental - like he didn't want us as clients. The process of declaring bankruptcy is already emotionally taxing and humiliating. The last thing we needed was Greenfeld questioning our (reasonable) spending habits (i.e. "You spend $50/month on HOUSEHOLD CLEANING PRODUCTS?? That's ridiculous! I’ve never heard of someone spending so much!" or “You spend $95 just to get your hair done??” (story to be continued)
