    Defended a Wisconsin industrial engine repair company in a breach of warranty claim brought in the Middle District of North Carolina by an automobile recycler when the engine failed after 11 months in service.
    Medical Negligence: Defended physicians in many specialities including general surgery, neurosurgery, cardiothoracic surgery, obstetrics
    gynecology, emergency medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, psychiatry, neurology, urology, radiology,
    anesthesiology.
    Obtained a defense verdict in a jury trial involving claims of a brain-damaged, minor child for alleged negligent post-surgical care
    the negligent dosing of acetaminophen against a pediatric surgeon.

    Represented an insurer in a declaratory judgment action in the Eastern District of Virginia (Newport News Division) to determine the duty to defend a state court claim brought by homeowner against the builder for copyright violations of custom design drawings.
