About Darryl Feldman

Darryl Feldman is a co-founder and principal of Feldman Jackson and concentrates his practice on the negotiation, settlement, and litigation of family law matters in Maryland and the District of Columbia.

Darryl's cases routinely involve complex financial, valuation and other matters related to a party’s or family’s assets, as well as issues regarding custody of children, including high conflict custody cases. Darryl is an experienced negotiator, recognizing that reaching a thoughtful settlement agreement is the best outcome for most families.

When settlement is not achievable, Darryl is also a skilled litigator with over 20 years’ experience in the courtroom, strategically and smartly pursuing his clients’ positions to obtain their desired outcomes and goals. In addition to his legal experience, Darryl passed the Maryland CPA exam, which uniquely qualifies him to navigate the complexities of marital property division and support issues, especially in divorce cases involving significant or complex assets and income structures.

Darryl has consistently been recognized by Washingtonian and Bethesda Magazine, and other top publications, as a top family law and divorce attorney in the Washington, D.C. area. He has been included in Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers since 2010. Darryl presents on family law topics and teaches Continuing Legal Education (CLE) courses for local bar associations. He also serves as a faculty member for the National Family Law Trial Institute located in Houston, Texas, known for its rigorous program dedicated to honing the trial skills of divorce lawyers from all over the United States.

Darryl resides in Rockville, Maryland with his wife, daughter, son and two dogs.

Hired Attorney Darryl Feldman

Darryl is one of the most unethical divorce lawyers in the DC. He typically sends documents to the other party last minute to make it hard to do a good review of the discovery materials for depositions. He allows his clients to violate the law by redacting documents to product to court and by not producing documentation required. His top priority is making money and has no compassion for his clients. He doesn't thoroughly review materials and documentations even if he is very sharp in court. Lack of preparation ahead of the court trials holds him back.

If  you are new to the court system and are going through a divorce and custody battle then let's review what will be ahead for you and your children,please read carefully because this is for all Mother's of the World. This whole law firm and the Courts are run by the AFCC Cartel, the Judges, Court appointed child custody advocate, lawyer, expert witnesses are giving our children to the Cartel Father's full custody to do parental alienation to the Mothers's. The father's are drugging the children, child sex trafficking, child sex porn, drug trafficking, sending them in gangs and terrorist groups. Grab you children Mother's and run, do not trust this law firm, courts, family. Then the Cartel fathers put contract murders on the Mother's : Gang Stalk, Electronic Eavesdropping,   Toxic Anesthesic Gases in home, Cameras in the home. Run and save your life and your children otherwise you will be dead and the Cartel ruin your children's life with child sex traffic , drugging them, gangs.
