My Grandfather hired Mr. Densmore to add 3 grandchildren along with our mother as heirs to his estate in equal 1/4 shares in the family trust. Everything seemed ok until he did not follow instructions and file the copy of the trust as he was paid $1,700.00 to do by my grandfather. Rather than file it he took it upon himself to send it to our mother who kept it hidden and stole the extra copy as to not have to share his estate with the three grandchildren. The trust that was filed was the one he paid to change . After that no attempt to correct this mistake was made when repeated contacts concerning this violation of client trust nor was any refund given for the 1700.00 accepted to change it. Our grandfather died never seeing the fruitation if his desire to gift his grandchildren and all 3 struggle to this date because of his kronyism with our mother whom he went to school with. She wanted everything and would do anything to get it and did . She died 3 years after our grandfather.
