Established upon Howard E. Baumgartner's inception of an office within the First Bank of Berne building on Jefferson Street on December 1, 1950, our firm has evolved over the years. Howard practiced law until 1995, succeeded by James E. Beitler, Jr., who joined in 1974 and practiced until 2013. David N. Baumgartner and Nicholas J. Baumgartner subsequently joined the firm in 1985 and 2017, respectively, with the office relocating to its present Main Street location in November 2013.
