Tim Andrelan is an associate in the German Private Funds Practice Group. He advises sponsors and investors on structuring and implementing complex fund and investment projects across a range of asset classes, with a particular focus on private debt, private equity, real estate and infrastructure. A key focus of his work is providing practical advice on all aspects of fund regulation - from the initial structuring to ongoing compliance.In addition, Tim advises at the intersection of financial regulatory and capital markets law, with a particular focus on digital business models, FinTechs and technology-related regulatory matters. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, he worked at international law firms, where he advised clients, inter alia, on securities issuances, licensing and authorisation proceedings, and ongoing regulatory compliance.Concentrations
