Hired Attorney

The legal malpractice suit was related to First Amendment issues, one of Kleven's specialties. He was recommended to me by a highly respected law professor, to whom I will ever be grateful. Paul Kleven is extremely knowledgeable and quick to respond whenever I needed to contact him. He was hired for "unbundled" legal services-I handled most of the case but if we went to trial, he would have taken over. He also assisted with the deposition of the defendant and reviewed my summary judgment motion.
