At the beginning she was easy to talk to, made us feel sure that she would handle this case with ease, yet when it was time for court, she would put on a show. Even got into an argument with the Judge which i believe was the cause why the case was lost. We ended up paying a lot of money to later loose the case. She made some false allegation and put on a show, nothing that was true nor what we had told her. After we lost the case, we appealed it and higher The Bayley Firm in Montgomery, and the case was much more simplier and a judgement was made on our favor. We were warned about going with Elaine because the price was friendlier, but we ended up paying way more to later higher another lawyer.
