Hired Law Firm

Five years ago, I was injured in a car-pedestrian accident as a 29-year-old student. Giving my trust to Cheasty, Cheasty & Malek was the best thing I could have done. My injuries did not require hospitalization or surgical treatment, and thus were relatively minor in the world of personal injury law. Yet, in the end, I got justice: a settlement amount about 60 times the original offer from the defendant’s insurance company. Outstanding work! My life is changed, and I couldn't be more grateful.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
