Anthony Del Guercio has over 20 years of expertise in insurance coverage and defense litigation, reinsurance law and general liability, having held several positions as an executive partner and counsel for law firms across the region and vice president/associate general counsel of a New Jersey-headquartered Fortune 500 reinsurance company.

Prior to joining Margolis Edelstein, Anthony served as outside counsel and national litigation coordinating counsel for another Fortune 500 reinsurance company where he handled the company’s litigation portfolio, including high-profile disputes involving environmental, products liability, and other claims nationwide.

Anthony has significant experience managing international and domestic insurance and reinsurance coverage claims, litigation and arbitration, including property and casualty, products liability, asbestos and environmental, marine, and inland marine insurance claims, disputes and underlying insured defense litigation. His expertise includes representing international, national and local corporations, financial institutions, professionals and individuals in state and federal courts in a variety of complex commercial defense litigation matters.
